There’s a lot of good stuff going on at ANTI Records right now. I’m really excited about the new Islands album, but equally now interested in Dr. Dog’s latest offering. This isn’t a huge departure for them musically, but I’d have to say that they are trying to beat the world record for “Most cliche idioms to be included in a single song.” And while this is normally a deterrent for me, I can sense the irony here. Plus it’s Dr. Dog.
