Two strangers walk into a desert…..

Apparently that’s what happened in the magical city of Marfa, and this album was what came out. I could tell you who these people are and what past projects they have done, but it doesn’t matter. What matters is that this song and the entire album “Machine” that it comes from is devastating. I could go on and on while trying to sound wordy about the beautiful loneliness that this album oozes or how it replicates the desert it was recorded in, but that still wouldn’t give the songs enough credit. Really all you can do is listen to that song and understand that if someone is capable of producing that, you should have enough trust in them to see them out for the entire album. Machine comes out on the 7th of this month. Oh, and just because I want to give them credit. The two strangers are Anna-Lynne Williams and Robert Gomez. He a solo careerist till now, and she is from from Trespassers William (though, she uses a different name for both bands).
